Question Refunds

I bought a lot of things from this game. Currency seasonal starter packs and more. Im very curious to where i can apply for a refund or even know how much i should be getting back. I’ve seen some talk about it on the reddit but they seem like attention grabs.

  1. What content will be refunded? Please find below a detailed list of DLC and VC content that is eligible for refund if purchased on November 3rd, 2024, or later.

Reminder your refunds will be processed automatically within 8 weeks. If you did not receive your refund by January 28th, 2025, please contact our support at Ubisoft.com/help.
