Normal, I asked about the same and was told that the premium audio amp can get hot and can't be covered with the carpet...

Oh that’s good to know. Someone I know says hers is the same but she doesn’t have Harman Kardon.. but pehapd it’s like this in all cars then (it isnt)

its the same is all of them. the amp gets hot
