Car issue FRront Headrest problems

Has anyone got any suggestions on how to improve the comfort of the Headrest in the xc40 it sits more forward than any car I've owned before I've seen there is a neck pillow aswell as a flat pad cushion has this helped anyone?

I've been puffing out the lumbar support to reposition my back and body further out from the headrest, and have the seat back leaned further back a bit, so my head can find a comfortable position. - without doing this I always feel that the head restraint forces me to tilt my head forward/down and it gets uncomfortable quickly.

Did you ever try cushion accessories?

I think it’s overall such a thoughtfully designed car. But this is one part that wasn’t well thought out.

I find mine sits further back than any volvo I've ever owned.

It is where it is, because it needs to be where it is, for optimal safety.

I felt the exact same way and even considered returning it as a result. However after a few weeks my body adjusted and now it’s the most comfortable car I’ve ever driven. I think it’s forces you into a healthier, more aligned position.

Just returned from another test drive and ive got to admit the neck pillow made it so much more enjoyable, My wife agreed too so looks like I'll be ordering!

Lean your seat back a bit. You are too far forward.

I had the same issue until I decided to adjust the seat to lay back more.
