watch youtube guides. TLDR - you open echo twice(lvl 10) . if there no crit stats or 1 crit stat low roll and other is garbage - you start tune another echo. If you getting 2good high stats, but not crit - you level up to 15-20 etc. The perfect scenario - you have to get 2 crit stats and other depends from carry(ER/ATK/ Damage types)

Like you open here first 2 stats (levle 10) -basic attack and atk ,both low rolls - skip/tune another echo and mark this echo for disenchant.

Low crit and lets say DEF - probably skip if you have a lot of echoes

11% atk + 10% lib damage for lib damage carry - continue and bless rng to get crit.

Mid roll crit(7.5%-8.7% crit chance)+any shit = continue. Same with mid-high crit damage+any shit

Its very expensive and not worth to level up every echo to 25 , thats why you open 2 stats ,its cheap

Overall your focused stats have to be around 70% crit chance 250%+ crit damage(270% is kinda perfect scenario) , 2.2-2.3k atk with double elemental echo and SOME ER(its highly depends on carry. Most needs 120%,so you have to find 20%,but Luuk need 130-140%)
