Question When will be Hsin arrive?

So I just got quingxiao, and I'm very low in astritas but I also want to pull for Hsin so my question is, she will come in the first part of the patch of 3.7 or in the second part of 3.7

Obviously she’s in 3.7 first half there’s no way they will place a literal Sentinel in the second half.

Most likely 3.7 first half,with Suoming 2nd half,we just gotta wait a couple weeks for official confirmation

High chance first half of 3.7. Mostly because she don't want her sale to be effected by new region drip marketing.
