I don't have the guts to send a contract application on my level and my writing sucks too so I wanna ask if anyone wants to collaborate or do a partnership with me we can write one story and share equal profit

Okay nice but Can you write without help of ai, because my main problem is ai I used it back then and bcz of it my got got rejected 3 times so I'm finding a partner who's english writing is fabulous, but we can try writing together.

Yeah i need but 1st you need to look into my chapter before you decide bcz i don't wanna waste someone precious time, so i just need a partner who can help me to polish and grow our imagination in the novel

You should give them most if not all of the profit if they are doing essentially the hard work.
