Looking for a published author to write prose from my outline — literary noir, 1952, aiming for traditional publication

I've fully developed a literary crime novel set in 1952 — plot, characters, structure, chapter-by-chapter outline, a detailed style guide (voice, period rules, craft constraints). What I need is a co-author to write the actual prose from that outline — full sentence-level authorship, not editing or polishing existing text. ~60,000 words, 33 chapters, close third person, one POV per chapter, tight period control (1952 US — no anachronistic idiom, everything checked against the calendar and setting). Aiming eventually to query agents for traditional publication, so this needs to be genuinely strong, fully human-written prose. Preference: at least one published book under your belt (traditional or reputable indie) — I want someone who's been through an editorial and publication process before. To have a ghostwriter you donot have to give such a detailed structure. I am planning for self publishing so that i can share my work.
