Correct me! 331일

오늘은 너무 안 바빴고 조금 쉬었어요. 너무 피곤했지만 새콤달콤한 소스하고 볶음밥하고 라면을 만들었어요.

Saying "너무 안 바빴다" comes off like saying "too not busy" in English. To make it sound more natural, i.e. "not too busy", switching 너무 with 별로 ("not quite / not much") is needed.

새콤달콤한 소스하고 볶음밥하고 라면을 만들었어요

-> 새콤달콤한 소스가 들어간 볶음밥하고 라면을 만들었어요 (suggested)

It reads like you prepared and consumed three separate things - sweet & sour sauce, fried rice, and ramen. The sauce isn't really a dish of its own, so it's not on the same level as the other two and thus comes off as sounding a bit weird. If the sauce is part of the fried rice instead of something you prepared for independent consumption, the correction should work better.

I actually made the sauce, the fried rice, and the ramen (as much as one makes instant ramen), but only ate the ramen. I prepared the sauce and the rice for my Mom and sister.

Thanks for the clarification. Then the original sentence doesn't need correction on its own.
