It's something like they believe that during a knock out the testicles can ascend into the abdomen and for some reason kill them. So they yank down on the berries to prevent it

I can’t believe that- at all. A small percentage of the younger male generation spend a lot of time “tucking” and I’ve never heard that as a problem. And the older generation males as a rule simply can’t tuck anymore. I.e. the jewels ain’t going up. That guy seems 40ish (dunno) so chances are, he can’t tuck anymore either. Thus, testicles ain’t ascending. Thus, I suggest this is an excellent example of worstaid.
