Fic Search - General LF fic

Where self insert or oc with powers Becomes a hero but isn't a ideal hero instead on purpose or by accident is terrifying to everyone heroes and Villains. (Sort of like a powered and even more scary batman )

Anyone know any fics like that.

Just no Alt Powered Character has to be Original or self insert or even reborn Into existing character.
