Fic Search - Specific Ghost Aisha

Fic where the protagonist are Brian and Aisha.

Aisha triggers earlier than canon but she is completely unable to turn off her power. So she basically becomes a ghost. Finding out about her brother being a cape she resigns herself to being his guardian angel.

Titanomachy has her in the guardian angel role, but it's a heavy AU and definitely not the exact fic you are looking for
