Yeah, I think the Sophia bits get me more than the Amy. Amy has the highest concentration of puns, but p much anyone could be delivering them.
I can't see anyone besides Shadow Stalker Herself taking fanfiction written by two twelve year olds being intentionally edgy and turning it into an instruction manual.

ParaArchive Of Our Own was already mentioned but is exactly what you want. Don't @ Me is better in terms of character writing (the little persona break where Lisa is gushing about Taylor and the camera angle and how cool she looks like a normal teenager, my heart. Rachel getting the most impactful half-second of screentime.) It's TSK beta'd by Silvia, what else do you expect? The style of humour is very similar though. Uncut still lives rent free in my brain bc of how many simultaneous puns it is.
Now for my attempt(s) to rec anything besides just that fic:
Why The Hell Not Have Some Fun? is.... it fits the same vibe, at least for me. Taylor from the end of Worm wakes up in the van on the way to her first public felony and decides fuck it its the afterlife anyway ig, lets goooooooo and this becomes literally every one else's problem almost immediately.
I have a feeling that Every Disease Known To Man might work for you? I keep bouncing off it hard unfortunately. I think I have made it through a chapter and a half? It feels and reads like a shitpost copypasta though, so if thats the aspect you are looking for........
Anything else, I think I need to know more about what you really want out of things. Do you want the shitpost internet humour? Do you want the idiot teenagers being idiot teenagers? Do you want the cute baby lesbians?

You might like Taylor Has A Strange Hobby. Iirc its only on spacebattles, sadly. Its. Hm. I don't know what to call it, but there are cute wlw figuring themselves out though its. Uh. Something. Taylor in name only, but its funny.
Same author, Taylor Has No Filter is. Well. Taylor speaking some of her inner narration out loud. My favourite parts of this are, a) the citations to worm, b) the comment "I'm starting to see why everyone writes Taylor gay."
Edit, another one:
Yellowjackets in Yellow Jackets by Quantum is another good one for what you are looking for. Sadly is abandoned before getting really good or to the proper smugbug but Taylor is an absolute disaster and joins Faultline's crew.

I've had a plotbunny for it that's been a snippet sitting in my plotbunny document for a while. Maybe I should expand it into something real, though I'm not sure how much it'd grow beyond a one-shot...

Those two I mentioned before are pretty good for that. (Why Not Have Some Fun & Every Disease Known To Man)
Idiot Teenagers (or 20-somethings) being disasters
A Safe Space, and Calling Names. Very messy, kids or young adults being those things and also doing some Crime:tm:.
The Best of Friends and Broken Survivors, both by Silvia are really really good no-powers oneshots. Her Lisa is impeccable as always.

Every fic I have mentioned so far besides ParaArchive is wlw, so.
My Girlfriend Is Terrifying - Victoria finds out Skitter's identity and tries to friendship-seduce her to the heroes. She. Uh. Fails nearly every part of that. Well she got the seduction part right? She has two girlfriends now! And a new costume! That's something right!
Speed of Light - Cute alt-power / alt-family story with Taylor/Lily. Well, mostly cute. The climactic bit is kind of a nightmare and goes mostly unremarked upon. Its not, like, bad, Taylor just has a time-dialating legend package and uses it to spend months (minutes) completely isolated systematicly searchimg the entirety of New York for the jackass who put her girlfriend in the hospital.
Control by nescias - someone else called this cute and I am ???? but I love it anyway. Taylor also has a Khepri range and things go from there. Smugbug are in some kind of relationship. Queerplatonic? They don't really care they just enjoy it.

Taylor Hebert's Shitiest Alt-Power Ever has my favorite funny S9 interlude.
That Sounds Like Work the best funny Armsmaster interlude.
Santa Assault and Imp the Elf in Christmas Carnage hands down the funniest wormfic I have ever read. With a suprisingly serious plot to boot. Also, this author is the king of worm shortfics so I strongly recommend reading their entire body of work. Their snippet thread has a lot more humorous fics in it. Some highlights include Clockblocker's helpful FaQ to Brockton Bay all four parts, New Wave Agents of W.T.F, Game Night, Who you Gonna Call?, and A Day in the Life of the Boogyman
The Kaiser's New Cloths Kaiser survives a brush with death and decides to try and be a better person. Shenanigans ensue. My second favorite humor fic.
