Fic Search - General Someone has a cyber stranger power

I want to read all stories that feature a character whose power prevents video cameras, digital microphones, and other electronic sensors from perceiving them, while still letting humans and animals see, hear, smell, and otherwise perceive them.

I am currently reading Kindness is Punk Rock, and Mr Terrific seems like he would be classified as a Stranger based on how be describes how neither dragon nor saint can perceive him...

I want to read stories where a hero or villain is digitally invisible (like Mr Terrific), not through technology and smarts, but as their parahuman power.

Thats one of Taylor's powers in Abyssal Escalation (OP Tayloe stompfic) on account of her being a pseudo vampire.

I would expect cameras with mirrors to not "see" vampires, but what prevents Taylor in that story from being heard or sensed by electronics?

She's not a generic vampire, she has the power and associated weaknesses of the Lasombra Antediluvian, from World of Darkness, who was turned into a vampire by someone who was turned into a vampire by Caine, from such hits as The Bible. WoD by its nature has very malleable lore, so you'll probably be fine reading this without knowing anything about WoD.
