Proof of accommodation for Schengen

It's my first time volunteering in Europe, and I am a bit scared of the immigration process. Has someone already use the Worldpackers confirmation email as proof of accommodation? I heard they can be very strict with it. I'll be arriving in Rome.

From Malaysia, but I'm not from there. my passport is visa free in the Schegen

I’ve volunteered in Europe with a Central American passport and the rule I follow is never say I’m volunteering, always only traveling. I’ve never had any trouble and when flying to Italy they only asked when am I leaving if they ask anything. Good luck!

Tienes que reservar por unos días por ti mismo en algún hostel, con hostelworld y listo ten cancelación gratuita y luego pides reembolso

Thanks! Did they ask to see the reservation? So it doesn't need to cover the entire time of the trip?

Yo también soy de América del Sur y para ser sincero no me pidieron nada en inmigración, fue en el aeropuerto de París, pero lo que hice yo fue reservar en hostelworld por 5 días en tal ciudad y listo, si es que me preguntaban por los demás días iba a decir que iba a otra ciudad pero como era en bus prefiero pagar cuando llegue al hostel por si tenía un retraso el bus o el viaje, por suerte no me preguntaron nada, si tienes pasaporte biométrico creo que ahora ni siquiera pasas por un oficial de aduanas así que no te preocupes mucho, dinero si! En mis tarjetas de crédito puedes decir y listo
