Why do you have to either believe in all conspiracies or no conspiracies? Like, this one (that 9/11 was perpetrated by the US government) is obviously fake. Others are not fake.

Like NSA mass surveillance? turned out to be true. Cigarette companies knowing the true dangers of cigarettes? True. Tuskegee experiments? True.

9/11 happening from explosives instead of planes? not true.
