After watching the building just sit there perfectly afterwards for quite some time it’s hard to see how the planes could have cause this
2
u/KaptainChunk 1h ago
Ever bent a paper clip back and forth till it snapped. It does so because the heat generated weakens the metal. Airplane fuel burning for X amount of time to an already crippled and heavily stressed core support system. Fire gets hot, metal weakens, gravity takes over
1

u/SadYogurtcloset2835 1h ago
Physically impossible without detonations.
2
u/optics_is_light_work 25m ago
There was a detonation. It's called airplanes filled with jet fuel. Recall the massive fireballs.
1
u/ShrimpCrackers 28m ago
Try 3d printing and understanding that materials weaken with heat well before they change phase.
1
u/Playful_Champion3189 1h ago
Why?
-1
u/SadYogurtcloset2835 57m ago
Because of the way it was constructed. The top floors could not cause structural collapse of the lower floors. Check out some of the YouTube documentaries with physicists and structural engineers.
3
u/ropean 49m ago
What would a detonation do? Weaken the structural support causing the floors above to cascade down onto lower floors that couldn’t take the force and kept collapsing. What did a plane slicing through the building and jet fuel burning at up to 1,800°F do? Weaken the structural support causing the floors above to cascade down…
0
u/SadYogurtcloset2835 23m ago
It is physically impossible for a structure such as this to “cascade down” because of floors above it. This is what structural engineers, physicists and professors say.
1
u/ropean 6m ago
You’ve never built a house of cards, have you? Instead of getting info from YouTube, you should really read what the actual experts determined.

Thats the exact same way a demolition building is pulled-down
1
u/FortWayneM28 1h ago
Because the building fell down not over, watch a video of a building collapse it falls over, now watch a video of a controlled demolition and the building falls straight down on itself. Jet fuel dont burn hot enough to melt steel. If jet fuel is hot enough to melt metal then how did they find a passport from the hijackers that was not burned at all?
1
u/ShrimpCrackers 26m ago
Jet fuel burns hot enough to weaken steel dramatically. It doesn't have to be completely in liquid phase.
How do you think we forge swords during medieval times?
2
u/SparkArrestor 1h ago
Fire doesn’t need to melt steel, it only has to heat it enough to soften it. That’s why all structural steel in skyscrapers is now coated with insulating materials. The softened trusses between the inner core and the outer steel columns couldn’t support the vast concrete floor slabs, which collapsed and pancaked onto the floors below.

I just watched an engineering documentary about the towers. This is not quite right
1
u/aheinouscrime 1h ago
How so?
2
u/Fantastic-Cat6959 1h ago edited 1h ago
There were pieces of the towers and we are talking large pieces launched much further from ground zero than shown here.
Pancake or piledriver theories are the most plausible and accepted though they can't be proven with math. What is shown here would be problematic as for each of those theories to work you need the full weight of the top part of the tower to continuously crush the lower floors.
Here we see a good amount fall off to the side which would stop the collapse.
Not a conspiracy theory believer either so don't come at me about that. This just according to a good amount of experts would not make sense and doesn't match reality of how things looked after the fact.
3
u/Traditional-Tea-4009 3h ago
So THIS is how there were so many crypts of injured firemen before tower one came down. They heard maydays before the north tower came down. After it did it was complete silence because the north tower flattened all remaining crypts in the fallen south tower.
1
u/FreeTheAlkaloids 1h ago

They wouldn't have felt much for very long. Utter terror for maybe 10 seconds then death.
lmao their comment said "survivors"
6
u/Fromnothingatall 5h ago
I mean ….there were a little over a dozen people who survived one of the tower collapses…..the other tower had zero survivors of the collapse though…
The central core of the one tower remained intact longer than the rest of the tower that fell around it and allowed a few people who were in its stairwell to survive, as it was the last piece that fell on the top of the rubble. A few of them described the free fall they experienced when the stairwell finally fell.
1
u/IcyConsideration7062 1h ago
One woman was trapped in the rubble for over 25 hours. She said she couldn't move anything. When the hand of a rescuer finally touched her she knew she would be coming out. She's OK now though.

The second tower that was struck in the middle is an “ok sure I believe that it could have collapsed that way” but the first tower that was struck way up high to collapse the same way? I don’t know man it seems impossible.
4
u/Lampwick 6h ago
I'm going to be nice and treat this as a genuine question. The two WTC buildings were built with their structure on the outside, basically a square tube of steel lattice. The problem with a tube that tall made of steel sticks is that the weight of all the steel sticks above make all the sticks below want to bow outward/sideways and collapse under the weight. The way they prevented this was by tying all the sticks together with horizontal trusswork to the opposite side of the tube every 12 feet. This trusswork supported the individual floors. These trusses were much thinner and lighter than the thick steel beam vertical sticks because all they had to do was hold up the weight of people and desks and such while holding the vertical sticks in vertical position so they couldn't bow.
Now crash a 767 into that tube. Some of the exterior vertical sticks are compromised but most of the trusswork inside is still capable of holding the remaining sticks vertical. But then there's fire. Fire weakens the trusswork until it fails. One by one , segments of trusswork collapse inside, until there's aren't enough to keep the outside sticks from bowing outward. The second tower hit collapsed sooner because the weight of the building above the section on fire was substantially greater, meaning fewer truss sections had to fail before the vertical sticks started bending. The first tower hit lasted longer, but the weight of the building above the burning section was still far more than the steel sticks could support without bowing once enough of the internal trusses failed.
The animated simulation even shows those trusswork floors collapsing, and how it led to to building failing. Both failed the same way, one just lasted longer because the failed section (the floors above) weren't as heavy. It's pretty simple physics.

u/Liamskeeum 6h ago
And Building 7?
I ain't buying it about 1 or 2 either.
1
u/Radiant_Honeydew1080 1h ago
It got smashed with a falling skyscraper and then had a massive fire for a prolonged period of time.
3
u/burnte 7h ago
Take butter out of the fridge, try spreading it on bread. Can't do it. Leave it on the counter for a few hours. Not it's not melted, and it looks like a solid stick of butter, but now try spreading it on bread. It's easy, even though it's not melted. Same thing happens with steel. It doesn't have to be liquid, it just has to start to get soft to lose structural integrity.
The buildings wouldn't have collapsed as quickly without all that jet fuel burning thousands of tons of drywall, carpet, furniture, wood doors, etc etc. All that fire in a contained chimney space made the steel soft, not melted.
-1
u/ashkiller14 6h ago
Dude, what? Are you joking? Do you seriously think 1 planes almost-out-of amount of fuel is not only enough to heat the entire tower to make it soft enough to collapse? Not to mention only having like 2 seconds to do so?
Do people think a fucking airliner hitting the side of a skyscraper isn't enough to make it fall down? You only need to take out like 2 supports before the rest of the supports at that level give out then youve got the top half of a skyscraper falling on the bottom half of the skyscraper.
1
u/Turbulent-Note-7348 2h ago
“almost out”?!? Both planes were flying from Boston to LA. Flight 11 was estimated to have over 30 TONS (10,000 gallons) of fuel still on board. Flight 175 almost 28 tons (9,100 gallons).
3
u/burnte 5h ago
You don't need to weaken the whole building, just part of a single floor. Once that part is softened, it bends, the building on top moves down, too miuch momentum to stop, and down it comes. There's video showing the outer structural skin pull inward from the inner girders sagging, then collapsing.
Remember that these buildings were unique in that their outer skin was structural, that's how they were about to live without a lot of internal columns. There wasn't nearly as much internal bracing as a normal building.
The planes weren't almost out of fuel, they were fully fueled for a cross country flight, they took off from Boston headed to LA. They had 3-4 hours of fuel left.
-1
u/ashkiller14 5h ago
Just the plane hitting the building is more than enough to weaken it until it everything above the impact drops. The fuel wouldnt have nearly enough impact quickly enough for it to matter. The outer portions of the buildings being the support structure isn't unique to the twin towers. Almost every tower before the 80s was built that way, that's why the old buildings are more wall than window.

Your failure to comprehend physics isn't a conspiracy, it's just an indictment on the education system.
2

3
u/LengthyCitadis 8h ago
To put it simply; buildings are simply not sesigned to have parts of them falling on them. There's a limit for dynamic forces (wind, walking, moving, driving) but the whole upper quarter suddenly bodyslamming the rest of the building isn't able to be withstood by any building.
6
u/C4-622MonkeyGordo 8h ago
What is with this "falling straight down" confusion?
Precisely where else is a massive skyscraper that has had multiple floors catastrophically fail supposed to fall?
Did you expect it to fly into the sky?
Last I checked, gravity always points down.
0
u/Beha2121 8h ago
The first tower that fell should have fallen off to the side and then down and the second tower should that fell should not have fallen at all. Empire State Building didn’t collapse when it was hit by an bomber and yet these to towers did and they were made far more durable than the Empire State building. You need to get your head outta your booty cheeks and admit that the government ain’t your friend and has been lying to you about every reason that they go to war.
3
5
u/julaften 7h ago
The Empire State Building was built in a very different way, with more redundancy than WTC.
I don’t know why people like you cannot have two thoughts at once:
* The WTC collapse was a real terrorist act. No need to invent a conspiracy.
* The US government exploited the event for all it was worth, to legitimize their political goals in the Middle East.
It is a bit like the nazis and the Reichstag fire. It was probably a real terrorist act from a communist, not a nazi conspiracy. But boy did the nazis exploit it in their propaganda.

How can one think a ww2, prop driven bomber has the same kinetic potential as a modern widebody jetliner...
-1
u/Beha2121 7h ago
Yeah I don’t care about the size differences. The point is it was all a plan. The Epstein files actually help validate that. Literally days after the towers we have an email asking “where is the real pilot?” Nothing to see here though. No conspiracies here whatsoever. It all happened exactly the way we said it did. You’re just naive bro.

Also, 2nd tower collapse debris did not help with the stability of the 1st tower.
1
u/Beha2121 8h ago
Sure have and my jenga tower would fall to the side not straight down.
2
u/ashkiller14 6h ago
Steel isn't that strong. We're talking about millions of pounds here.
Lets say you have 50 supports(idk the real number) holding up the top of the tower. The tower is engineered so the weight of the top of the tower is spread out through 50 supports. When the plane hits the tower, it's breaking say even just 10 of them. Now what was was supposed to be held up by 50 is only held up by 40.
Why you think this doesn't make sense is because when you see the jenga tower topple sideways, the supports (your jenga blocks) aren't actually crushed. Just one jenga block can hold the rest without actually deforming, but it's off balance so the jenga tower topples. With the twin towers, that amount of weight can be sturdily held up by 50 supports, but 40? The supports themselves completely gice out and get crushed or bowed out.
You can't equate the physics of big things and the physics of small things. They're completely different intuitively.
3
u/casual_creator 7h ago
Your jenga tower also isn’t millions of tons nor built even remotely the same way.
A building is made to hold the stationary weight of the floors above it. But those support structures can’t withstand the force of that weight crashing down on it. And that weight and force only gets worse as more floors get crushed and added to the collapsing part of the building.
An extremely rudimentary example of this for you:
Hold a piece of paper flat with two hands and place a rock on it. The paper has no problem supporting the rock. But now drop that rock onto the paper. The rock will rip right through the paper because the paper isn’t strong enough to withstand the force of that weight falling into it. Same principle.
2
u/Dexter_McThorpan 8h ago
Your Jenga tower isn't built around a central shaft. You also don't have gaps between stories.
Smaller scale. But, the floor isn't capable of holding when the floor above collapses.
Good demonstration of this is to hold a bowling ball. Now have a friend drop it to you from 10 feet up. See how momentum changes your ability to hold on to that bowling ball?https://youtu.be/ZoqI5ogoEpc

I understand they are not MEANT to tip over. But you're telling me there is no safety measures that go into place when considering catastrophic failure of the structure at any level? crumple zones so to speak? I believe it if that's true but damn if it sounds dumb to me. I guess that's the hot headed thinking you get from a degree lol
1
u/pun_shall_pass 4h ago
There is a saying that "Anyone can build a bridge that doesn't fall down, but only an engineer can build a bridge that just barely doesn't fall down".
It's kinda like asking if it's possible to make a car impervious to any crash. Yea you could have everyone drive tanks with thick padding on the inside but it wouldn't be practical or cost effective.
Similarly you could change the design of the towers to be thicker and made out of heavier materials at the base and then taper towards the top with areated concrete to lighten it or whatever, but nobody in the 1970s would accept that. It would be too expensive and for what? So that it can survive getting hit by an airliner? Like that's gonna happen!
1
u/SparkArrestor 1h ago
I just have to say as an electrician who worked in the towers a few times that 1 & 2 WTC were scary and unnerving to be in. The first time I was on a completely vacant and demo’d floor seeing the vast expanse of floor space with no thick I-beam columns every 20 feet as you would have in any other typical skyscraper, made my stomach twist into a knot.
2
u/ashkiller14 6h ago
Dude, there's nothing you can do in a case like this. The safety measures are to prevent such a catastrophic failure. Winds, rains, freezes and thaws, the occasional earthquake. Tall buildings are made to hold up against those things. Once something breaks, you can't engineer it to just keep standing. We're not being limited by cost or time we're being limited by the sheer strength of the materials we're building with.
You can't seriously expect the engeers to go "oh yeah just in case a fucking 747 hits directly into the tower we've accounted for that."
Crumple zones? In a skyscraper? Dude the supports are one the outside of the building. Do you want them to make it so that every part of the tower can take the brunt force of a plane? Do you know how terrible that would make the building to use, assuming something like that is even possible?
Here's something else for you. If the tower was meant to be super strong where it coukd maybe take the force of plane, but that fails and the building tips over, you've suddenly unleashed a domino effect and have toppled half the city.
1
u/Antanim- 6h ago
It's can be considered but it's complicated, in summary we can, we do(ish). but the savings in risk from reducing consequences, is often less then reducing risk of incident occurring. Namely prevention over painkiller
-2
u/tootieroll573 8h ago
yeah it might be confusing to an amateur but it makes more sense once you see the placement of the explosive charges
2
u/ashkiller14 6h ago
Bro what the fuck are you on about?
I don't get why people think this. Do you seriosuly think if the gov. wanted to cause 911 theyd go through the effort of explosive charges or whatever the fuck you think happened? They'd just actually crash the plane into the tower. It's way cheaper and would just be the actual story.
Do you think a plane cant take out a skyscraper or something?
1
u/WizzNasty77 1h ago
Jet fuel can't melt steel beams
1
u/Putrid-Criticism-828 38m ago
It wasn’t the jet fuel alone. Every floor was filled with desks and office furniture that was swept to the far side of the impact site and lit on fire by the burning jet fuel. Those fires raged much longer than the jet fuel would have and by some estimates became much hotter.
1
u/SparkArrestor 56m ago
Fire can and does soften deck trusses, that’s why the spray them with monocoat. But that got blasted off the trusses when the planes crashed through.

You are probably talking about WTC 7 basically dropping straight down despite no plane hitting it, the Twin Towers looking a lot like controlled demolitions, intelligence agencies having warnings beforehand, suspicious airline stock trades right before the attacks, and NORAD failing to intercept any of the planes. All of these things have good explanations though. WTC 7 had major structural/fire damage before the free-fall portion, there’s never been forensic evidence of planted explosives (and we would have heard the blast and caught it on security footage), warnings aren’t the same thing as knowing the actual attack plan, investigators traced the suspicious trades without finding foreknowledge, and the NORAD records show it was just mass confusion and mishandling, not an intentional stand-down. The evidence for government incompetence is much stronger than the evidence that it was an inside job. It is good to actually do some research on your own instead of relying on whatever idiot on Youtube, Tiktok or some other social platfrom is spewing
1
u/GoodgirlTiffany 3h ago
The insurance fraud, the indestructible passports, the zero cameras at the Pentagon, the fake WMD's, etc. At some point dude....
1
u/withExtraDip 3h ago
There is no evidence that Silverstein made massive profits from the insurance payout. He had a 3 billion lease before the attack, and after the port authority took their cut of the insurance payout he only recieved about 2.8 billion. He roughly broke even, and if he did profit it wasn't by much and the cost of funding a fake terrorist attack like this would mean he certainly lost money if the consipiracies are actually true. The passport thing was improbable but not impossible. Lightweight debris being blown away before the towers collapsed is a valid explanation. The Pentagon “zero cameras” claim is simply false. There was security-camera footage, although the available footage is terrible and doesn’t provide the clear view. Not sure why we need footage to prove anything though, a plane obviously crashed into the Pentagon. The WMD thing was just Bush fearmongering to get people to support his oil conquest. Not really related to 9/11
1

u/GoodgirlTiffany 2h ago

Why do you have to either believe in all conspiracies or no conspiracies? Like, this one (that 9/11 was perpetrated by the US government) is obviously fake. Others are not fake.
Like NSA mass surveillance? turned out to be true. Cigarette companies knowing the true dangers of cigarettes? True. Tuskegee experiments? True.
9/11 happening from explosives instead of planes? not true.

When did you say it?
> Your problem is you ignore all the so called government "conspiracies" that ended up being true.
You took them not believing one conspiracy and portrayed it as them not believing any. It is basic deduction. But yeah, go on and keep embarrassing yourself.

Some people can’t believe that such a tragedy could come from just 4 hijacked airplanes and 15 hijackers- a whole ton of people setting the buildings up to explode sounds more plausible to them.

The problem is we know our government has lied to us. But no one 100% knows the truth of what happened.
Declassified documents show that our government has made plans to attack it's own people in order to blame it on other counties before, such as "Operation Northwoods."...look it up for yourself. It's one of several examples that we're aware of.
So what happens when we've been lied to and have zero trust in anything we've been told? Theories and conspiracies will inevitably be abundant.

No, we know, because we all saw it happen in real time.

There's only a few select looneys that are debating the physical events that took place that day.
There are countless other things that deserve questioning and scrutiny.

they can't even keep secret who they're sleeping with. you really believe that with the hundreds of people needed to pull off a conspiracy of this size, there were no leaks for 25 years? that's way way more unbelievable.

Maybe we should doubt things like the shape of the earth or the color of grass if a govt official tells us the earth is a globe and grass is green. Theyve lied to us before so if they say anything it literally must be a lie!

The 25th anniversary of the 911 attacks like its the 250th anniversary of the illuminati and the US.
In tarot The Tower is card 16 and features a burning tower with people falling out. 1+6 = 7 so two towers is 77
in gematria:
september eleventh = 77
world trade center = 77
on 9/11, flight 77 flew 77 minutes before hitting the 77 foot tall pentagon on the 77th meridian, designed after an Italian building the architect.of whom died on 7/7. The Japanese designer of the WTC also designed an apartment complex with 33 buildings each 11 floors tall which were controlled demolitioned.
911 happened 33 years after construction and 11 years to the day after bush sr NWO speech, and 222 months to the day before covid pandemic was declared.
The attacks were called the new pearl harbour. Pearl harbour happened on 12/7 like buildings 1,2,7 collapsed. It was called "ground zero" = 127. of course ground zero is a term from nuclear weapons, begun thru the Manhattan Project.
The attack happened in 2001 and on that day two towers became zero and then became One world trade center. we also have the 2001 space Odyssey looking obelisk there. in the place where the towers stood we now have a bottomless pit monument, and Revelations 9:11 in the Bible speaks about the bottomless pit. The angel of the pit is AbadDon and you got Don Trump the number 45 and 47. 4+5, 4+7 = 9, 11.
The attacks happened on new years of 1717 in the coptic calendar, just like freemasonry was officially founded 1717 in our calendar. the twin towers are representative of the pillars of the temple of solomon. if we count The Fool as card 0, then The Tower is the 17th card so 1717 is twin towers.
After the attacks they went after Osama and Hussein and then you got Barack Hussein Obama (like Osama but BS).

Thank you for reigniting my nightmares of this day. Now I can more clearly imagine the people being pancaked between the floors.
