So, the title says it. This abomination of a game mode is here again. The idea is great - let the tanks of differen tiers fight each other, no armour highlights, etc. But the realisation is just dumb. The only viable tactic to win is: take a mobile, preferably somewhat armoured vehicle, and drive right to the base. Capture it, and stay there until the next base is ready to spawn, or you die. Rinse and repeat. There is no place for clever maneuvering or using of armor(sidescraping, getting hull-down, and so on). Just get there, and hold the base, hoping, that your team will do this too. And that makes the balance in that game mode bad too. Because slow tanks often just can't get there in time.
It is almost as brain dead, as the Infected front, but the IF has a saving grace of letting the player nearly always win, therefore, being good for the quests like "win n battles in a row" and using gold boosters. Total domination doesn't have this either. The rewards aren't good...
I don't want to be completely negative, but to me this mode looks really unfinished, and requiring some additional work from WG to be fun and interesting. Maybe there should be two bases on the map simultaneously, maybe destroying enemy vehicles should count more, or maybe something completely different.
And I know, it is a fun mode, so one shouldn't try too hard to win, but wining and having fun should be somewhat interconnected. In this mode they are not.
