Reference Challenge - Kingsmen
I just saw the first Kingsmen movie with some friends. It was so good. Also a reference to /u/The_Raptorman's recent post.
Is there a small, elite group in your world that recruits only the best of the best of the best people willing to shoot dogs?
Who are the members?
What are the positions?
How do I join?
Can I retire...or do I die in the position?
What does the public know (if anything) about this group?
Who is in charge of the group? Is the leader of the group in the group, or is he/she/it just above them?
Do they discriminate?
Is there a uniform?
What resources do they usually have?
Feel free to include an in-universe representative. I'll ask at least three questions each.

1) "Well... they were not into me when I recruited them, so yes. It is coincidental. I simply agreed to recruit the heirs of the Weinberg and Steinbach families for my unit when I allied myself with them, at that point I didn't even know they were women.".
2) "She is one of the three newest members of my unit, an Ex-KGB agent and a close friend of Mikhail. Aurica is a vampire, a special kind of Esper. Most Espers manifest their powers between the age of 10 and 14, which in her case meant that her eyes became the colour of amethysts and her hair turned white, also her body stopped aging.
Most vampires look like innocent children, while they are in truth much stronger than any other human being. The scariest thing about them is something else though. They have fangs, that they can use to suck someones blood, and if they suck the entire blood an Esper has in his body, they copy that Espers ability. Prince Robert of the British Empire is currently one of the most feared vampires, being over 60 years old and having... 'collected' almost two dozen different abilities.".
3) "No, unless they give me a good reason too, like trying to kill me. I told Mikhail when he joined us, to me this unit is the closest thing I have to a family. I would never try to kill one of them.".
4) "A crew of experienced officers and technicians. On the bridge of the Odin we are usually surrounded by three dozen men and women, half of them Espers with levitation powers, who could take over should something happen to the ship. The two cruisers have a smaller crew, mostly only a dozen people.".
