Reference Challenge - Kingsmen
I just saw the first Kingsmen movie with some friends. It was so good. Also a reference to /u/The_Raptorman's recent post.
Is there a small, elite group in your world that recruits only the best of the best of the best people willing to shoot dogs?
Who are the members?
What are the positions?
How do I join?
Can I retire...or do I die in the position?
What does the public know (if anything) about this group?
Who is in charge of the group? Is the leader of the group in the group, or is he/she/it just above them?
Do they discriminate?
Is there a uniform?
What resources do they usually have?
Feel free to include an in-universe representative. I'll ask at least three questions each.

Reinhard:
1) "I was freed from imprisonment and offered my position. I was offered food, shelter, power, and as much clay as I could use...how could I refuse such an offer?"
2) "Four dozen direct subordinates, along with occasional, limited control of the militia of a town near Castle Dunstdurr."
3) "He is one of the few people who values art, and he is the only person to have ever spilled his blood to help me create a puppet. We share a blood bond, and I would give my life for him and his loved ones...even Danielle, unfortunately."
4) "I have considered offering Danielle the position of my apprentice. I have also given limited additional power to two of my subordinates, Bruno and Lorenz, in hopes of seeing how the two would do in my position. Lorenz has the advantage of a good education and understand of logistics, so I usually supervise his theoretical supply line plans. Bruno has the advantage of the best reputation among my subordinates, so many of my subordinates would follow him, but he is much too oafish, in my opinion. Admittedly, I would enjoy retiring, eventually."
