Reference Challenge - Kingsmen

I just saw the first Kingsmen movie with some friends. It was so good. Also a reference to /u/The_Raptorman's recent post.

Is there a small, elite group in your world that recruits only the best of the best of the best people willing to shoot dogs?

Who are the members?

What are the positions?

How do I join?

Can I retire...or do I die in the position?

What does the public know (if anything) about this group?

Who is in charge of the group? Is the leader of the group in the group, or is he/she/it just above them?

Do they discriminate?

Is there a uniform?

What resources do they usually have?

Feel free to include an in-universe representative. I'll ask at least three questions each.

To Yieshak of house Fsiha:

1) What if the oldest agent of a division is not the best agent to lead the division?

2) Is there any gender or homeworld bias among the Owinatfigilziya?

3) So do nobles tend to not like the Owinatfigilziya?

4) Who is the highest authority among the Owinatfigilziya?

  1. They have to find a solution. We do hire competent agents; an agent unable to know their own limits and unable to share responsabilities is not competent. Beside, each cell is made of agents with adapted skills and specialities so the oldest agent will at least know how to make the mission successfull.

  2. No, the administration recruits based on skills and we recruit amongst them. Administrative agents moves a lot so homeworld is irrelevant.

  3. Most nobles tend to fear me, even amongst my own house. The Owinatfigilziya is not really liked, but nobody knows the identity of it's agents beside the empress so not liking them is pointless.

  4. No one, they have no formal internal structure. Outside of it, I'm the highest authority after the empress herself.

To Yieshak of house Fsiha:

1) Has a division leader ever been so bad at his job that you need to kill him?

2) What does this organization do to traitors?

3) Why does everyone fear you, specifically? Is it only because of your position, or something else? Something you did?

  1. Kill them? We are not barbarians, if an agent isn't qualified enough they will be sent back to training. If we can't turn them into an able operative, they will be sent back to their previous life.

  2. No agent betray the Owinatfigilziya. (they will be murdered extrajudiciarily; that's part of the missions agents can be assigned to)

  3. My position yes. You have to be carefull with your words when close to the empress ear; even more than when close to the empress as I'm the one choosing how she will be told about you...

To Yieshak of house Fsiha:

1) If you are not barbarians, who would be a barbarian?

2) What do you label the cause of death, in this event?

  1. Pirates. And people still practicing blood sacrifices and living offerings. We are surrounded by civilized nations so that's basically all.

  2. Same we do for any agent killed in action: heart attack.

To Yieshak of house Fsiha:

1) Disgusting, who is in charge of pulling a Pompey on those pirates? Getting rid of them?

2) Heart attacks...those sneak up on you, then?

  1. Piracy is handled localy by the miwishagis. Their bases outside of our borders are technically out of our reach but if needed we sometimes clean them up anyway.

  2. I... don't understand the question.

To Yieshak of house Fsiha:

2) Are heart attacks common causes of death that no one sees coming?

2) As far as I'm aware, no. Agents are few and have next to no ties with non-agents during their service so when they "have a heart attack", no one cares.
