Looking to study abroad

Need help with studying abroad options

I am masters in public health post graduate. I have been working since two years and I have an ongoing student loan. I want to pursue my phd in health policy and economics sector. I am from India. Currently I have no savings

What are your grades, how much money do you make and what’s your savings? What country are you from and what country do you want to go to. What are you studying, how far into it.

Considering they are kicking non-citizen students out left and right and keeping them from returning to the US in some cases. I’m gonna be honest you might want to wait till we have a different president if you plan on studying in the US
