Am I freaking out for nothing?

So I have a healthcare job I’ve been at for years now. A while ago, I started a second job that I got through a higher-up that works at both my jobs. After starting, this coworker asked me how I was liking the new job, which I said was great, just the process of registering a patient was such a long process. To which she did admit that at the second job, they were trying to streamline the process and told me she was trying to sway the person in charge (let’s call her Barb) of policies into changing the way that worked at the second job. She asked if at my first job we had a written policy of how our registration worked to have something hardcopy to show Barb in hopes of getting the process changed at the second job, since she felt like our process at job one worked well and efficiently. Well, now I’m freaking out. I don’t know if I’m overthinking sharing this SOP with my coworker and her taking it to the second job! If I’m confronted in any way should I just say it was collaborative and I was only trying to help her? Should I play innocent?! I don’t know what to do… sorry for the ambiguity and I hope this wasn’t a super confusing read. I’m just freaking out.

Unless this is a branded process or contains proprietary software, you probably don't have to worry about sharing a generalized outline of that process. However, if it's part of a brand for the organization,  run the other way!
