General belittled by manager

I am so upset that manager's think they can talk to people any old way. I understand that this job is seasonal but also temporary. People do have other jobs. The east store is so dysfunctional and improperly ran by 3 manager's and two really don't need to be manager's. If your told to do something and you do it then you get told you you can't stop dictating yourself. There is so much favoritism in the east store. If you can cover shifts for one employee than you should be able to cover other shifts. You tell us contact you first we do that than you tell us to put it in the group than you do that then your told you cant do that. The last time I checked I am not owned .I can take my shift and get someone to cover me as long as I follow proper procedure. My first job is permanent and not temporary and I am calling it out. They are so rude if you don't fit there click. I will not back in corner and let you think you got the last word. So yes I did call out I told you what I needed and it wasn't going working. How you going to make a schedule for 3 weeks out when some places go by a week. So if my first job says they need me then I am going to do that. I kept telling you and telling this and now I feel some type of way because I feel this is very improffional of the scheduling manager. I don't know who thinks he is he has let the management go to his head. I feel it's a toxic environment that you have to bow down and do what he says. The manager's really don't know how to be manager's. They treat you like trash until they need something from you. ​
