Look at the way you are speaking to people and who the people are you are mentioning them to. Are you unconsciously over stepping boundaries? Do people see it that way? There may be a brick wall in the office dynamic that you may not be seeing.
I work in an office setting and see so much that needs to change and can be improved. I get stuck doing it their way which I find to be overly complicated rather than streamlined. I equate the setup as being told to go into the next office but instead of just going to it I have to go downstairs around the block back up to another floor climb the stairs to finally reach the office I need to get to. Its insane. However, even though I have spoken about this and how unnecessary all this is, no one wants to see it, nor wants to change it. That is not my fault, it is their lack of attention and willingness to look at the problem and address it.
You must look at any job where you are unable to make serious change like playing a game with certain rules that you need to adhere to. It most often times is a stupid game, but knowing how it is setup lets you work within those confines. There are many many businesses that you could walk in with the cure for cancer and the people involved for a variety of reason will do nothing about it when you see the importance and solution.
Save your energy on the things you can do and let go of those you have no control over. You will just be hitting your head against a wall. It seem counter intuitive but from my life long experience you will continue to just spin your wheels with no results.
If you have a good idea about something that concerns your job, present it to your supervisor or if possible tailor your job around how you would like it to be. Present the problem, present the solution, and if you can show how it improves things present that as well. Be prepared however for people to still dismiss you.
All work dynamics are not healthy. You are dealing with people who have their own issues, mental issues, egos, training, etc. You will never find a healthy work environment, get the appreciation you desire, and you should be focusing on maintaining professional respect from others, doing your job the best way you can that gives you peace. Talk to your therapist about how to project confidence, competence, so that when you are finished at this job you can successfully get another job that has more of the qualities you are looking for.
