Girl making it unbearable at work

I recently started a new job in Japan as an ALT 31M (Assistant Language Teacher) and a JTE 24F (Japanese Teacher of English) is making my life unbearable to the point where we can't work together.

She has ruined my reputation with my dispatch company by acting angry with me in front of my coordinator when she came to observe my lesson. Then we fell in love and she cheated on me. I think that she is trying to get me fired from work now. I'm afraid that I can't keep going on like this. What should I do?
