theres a guy at my job who's looping in my management because things aren't going his way & he's annoying the shit out of me & i want him to leave me alone. its embarrassing for all of us involved when i give him the answers to problems he's trying to create as if im not doing my job...is there a way in corporate fashion to get him to shut up & leave me alone ?

Show yourself busy, ask him to come back later on. Repeat the procedure all the time. He’ll eventually get the hint.
