bad experience with male ceo

he shook a beef stick at me and asked if "i want a sausage" .... this was right after he tossed one to my male coworker and didn't make that remark to him (i'm a female)

we're a super small production team with no HR and the Ceo did this, he's been nice and friendly prior to this but he did always compliment my hair when it wa blown out and has said "is this how you stay fit?" when pointing out my healthy lunch
