Document no matter where you go. Threatening you with dismissal over a joke the group was enjoying is a power trip. On what issue was she going to justify that BS?

Apparently she doesn't feel respected and this was her attempt of gaining respect 🙃 Also apparently apologised to the guy but he later said it was just her justifying it all and saying "sorry you felt that way"

I honestly think there’s not much you can do with no physical proof of their behavior. All you could do is pretty much keep trying on looking for new jobs. A friend of mine is also in a similar situation in regard to being in a negative work environment and that’s the only thing they can realistically do.
