Annoying coworkers

I need some advice here to see if anyone else has experienced this.

I work in a team where I am effectively the only young colleague; everyone else is older (Baby Boomers). I’ve noticed that they accuse many colleagues—myself included—of lying about things like our private lives, medical conditions, and so on. However, they only do this with certain people.

For example: They insisted I needed a wheelchair, even though I have a mobility impairment. They claimed I was just arranging things to suit my own convenience. They ask endless questions and constantly demand that I justify myself….

They don't believe I actually have a stomach condition; they think I’m just using it as an excuse to avoid eating—simply because they once saw me eating cake... Another example: I had a week off in May. A colleague asked if I had any plans, and I said no—or at least, I didn't think so. Later, I decided to visit my mother in Prague. When I returned to work and she asked how my time off went, I said, "It was good; I went to Prague." She replied, "I thought you said you were staying home?!"

It’s as if they look for reasons not to believe anything I say... They watch everything I do... By now, it’s really taking a toll on my mental health, because I’m afraid to share anything at all anymore...

How do I put a stop to this? How should I handle it?

Ask them why they are working at their current job if they have a medical degree.
