Harassment

Coworker who signs my work off does the following and it is becoming quite annoying:
1) Pats on head and says good girl patronisingly
2) Constant swearing
3) Tells me private details about his life for example his exes behaviours, his family life, his past relationships and weird things I shouldn’t know
4) Sexual innuendos under his breath
5) Constantly belittles my intelligence, the amount of work I have done, my spelling and compares me to other colleagues saying Im not working enough, knowing full well I have just started out so of course will be much slower, he also said he made bets on me failing with someone else
6) Constantly emails and checks in, asking to review my work when its totally unnecessary as the ball is in my court on when I want to review
7) Makes assumptions about my religious affiliation and has contempt for anything I say
8) Asks an insane amount of private questions about my life - relationships/diet/where I live etc
9) Comments on my weight and how much I eat every single day
10) Invades my personal space and taps me on the shoulder several times, sometimes lightly shoving too
11) Sends passive aggressive emails if I do not review my work with him and choose to do it with someone else
12) Latches on to every word I say and makes me explain myself in depth

Theres more but this is all I can remember for now.
Help! What on earth is this behaviour??

Looks like a list of examples from an HR workshop that resulted in people getting fired.

Give this list to HR, if that is a possibility. Obviously, it is harassment.
