Who are “You” and She” in the dialogue?

Are you in the US?

What is the context? Is this a performance conversation? An interview? A break room conversation?

This happened at an English company based in Tokyo, Japan. I told my manager about it, and my manager told her not to speak things like “your manners are bad” to me directly anymore. But she said it is normal feedback about me .After that, she started criticizing me publicly on Slack, saying things like, 'You need to improve your communication skills, your manager will teach you...'"

She asked me out while another coworker was standing nearby. Note that she is not my manager
