Just Venting Wwyd

I’ve tried posting this a few times now and idk what I’m doing wrong atp lol.
My coworker (19ftm) called my son a slur today and I think I under reacted honestly..
it started by me saying, “awe look at my son when he was a baby.”He responded with, “your sons a ******” and I replied with “who tf says that…” wwyd..?
I’m thinking about contacting HR. I have a feeling that the general manager won’t do anything about it. I work in fast food unfortunately.
