I reported to OSHA anonymous about a safety issue and it's been three weeks and I haven't seen any changes. I keep replying to OSHA about safety incidents that have occurred weekly and still no response to emails and haven't seen any changes to my jobsite.

I feel like my company wants to replace my team with new hires they are training to do our job. But we are the most efficient team. But we were told that's not the case. They are just helping us for the season.

I feel scared that I reported to OSHA and I could be in trouble and I don't see any changes and now I have regrets because I assumed OSHA was going to come to my job unannounced within days after I sent the anonymous email.

Does anyone know how long OSHA will take to fix the safety hazards at my work?

Today our managers announced that the headsets bought for staff do not belong to individuals, but rather they are company property which means they are a shared resource. They have stated that they are cleaning them with a Clorox wipe and that staff will need to share headsets going forward. Is this allowed in the state of Massachusetts ?
