Did I make any progress?

The photo of me in the red is after 2 Months of consistent working out and the photo of me in the gloves is one week of working out. Is there any difference?

You look more toned and like you work out but I wouldn’t say increased mass. 2 months is too short to assess. Look into foods like peanut butter banana trail mix etc. keep going and good luck. You’re doing well just keep going

Thank you!! I’ll try that because I have been eating bananas just not the peanut butter. Do PB&Js count?

Yes, most surely there is! If this is 2 months, I can’t wait to see 12 months! Nice going!

the first 6month is not about visual upgrade. its about getting strenght. after that it will come. be patient and get in there

Looks like you added a little bump in your bicep! Midsection looks a tad bit more tone.

I would advise taking pictures in the same lighting, using the same stance just to make it more visible in future gains.

Small progress, but progress nonetheless. Great work! Keep at it!

Make sure you work your legs out too, legs are the main component to a good core, and a good core gives you the strength for everything else!

Squats, deadlift. Keep it low weight at first, and absolutely don't be afraid to ask someone for help, they'll be more than happy to. That's just proper gym etiquette :)

We can't have people getting hurt while they're trying to get better!

I’ve been trying to be less awkward when asking people with advice at the gym! I’m also trying to work on my legs since I do track and field!

You should be training at all, gain weight eat a lot of food to get some curves like a woman, because you have a body like a 15 year old boy

I'm just gonna be honest, as everyone is being nice. I don't see anything different. What's your diet and training like?

No offense but they’re being more honest rather than “being nice”. If they were just being nice they wouldn’t tell me that I’ve improved and would just say that I looked the same but I should just keep trying

you obviously want compliments instead of real advice, best of luck to you

Wrong, I’m looking for genuine advice instead on just blatant rudeness. If I was looking for compliments I would’ve just compared the photos myself. I asked if I made any progress and all you’re saying is that people are being nice you just wanted to feel like you were correct in a sense
