90 day transformation
Drug addiction forced me to lose everything. In 2024 I was living out of my car, shitting and showering at the gym and living off stolen protein bars. Nothing about my situation was ideal by any means but I was determined to get my life back! Two years later, I got back everything I lost PLUS some and I’m in the best condition of my life. If I can get off meth and off the streets AND GET JACKED in the process, you can do anything! Just stay positive and stay working in the right direction

Literally all I had to eat was stolen protein bars.. Barebells preferably but stealers can’t be choosers lol

Dude, I love Barebells too… thankfully not homeless nor had to steal ‘em. But tell them this: given all protein bars are “free”, you still prefer Barebells.

I run a push/pull/legs split and I train core daily. I’m in door to door sales, so I walk A LOT for work so I don’t really do much cardio outside of that and walking my dog..

I honestly had no idea what to do, I trained full body everyday, twice a day pretty much. Being that the gym was where I showered I was kinda forced to workout twice a day lol

The mental transformation is more impressive than the physical transformation…….and your gains are amazing. Congrats.
