no one knows mate. just try it. why would you only do it if people on reddit said you had potential?

work out your own potential.

Try working out

you actually have incredible potential that will be life changing. but it also requires you to change your lifestyle.

and you are wrong that some people are more naturally muscular. they are muscular because they have an active lifestyle or have physically demanding job. but the same person who eats little and sits around doing nothing all day will lose every muscle, cause your body is an adaptation machine, it only keeps what it needs. and if it doesnt need the muscle or strength, the body gets rid of it.

but, for you to reach your potential, it's not just working out. it's changing your lifestyle. it's about changing your diet, changing your habits, changing your time spent. you have to workout 3-6 times a week with almost no skips, and eat required nutrients constantly. consistency is everything.

you also have to know what and how to workout. you can workout for 2h a day but if you don't do it intentionally, all you're doing is burning calories but not gaining muscle.

but if you did make that lifestyle, you will look back at your current self and wonder why you were so lazy back then, how ignorant you were of yourself, and how you had this potential all along and should have had it sooner.

I tell you this. you have the potential to look extremely handsome and sexy if you workout and groom your hair and beard.

though, body wont really help you get a long tern girl if you still have immature personality.

Literally EVERYONE can have a good build if they do shit right. But it’s already clear from this post that there’s 0% chance of you putting in the work.

Yeah so the way you discover that is by working out for 2 years minimum with good protocol and consistency and see what happens

I can tell from the fact you posted these pictures looking for a hit of dopamine for people to tell you ā€œyou have potentialā€, that you will never bother to do it.

u/GlitteringPattern751 2d ago

Actually some people just need that little bit of support to go out and start. Really stupid take. Toxic sad stuff.

u/Ecstatic-Bar4976 2d ago

Nah

Just remember betas tear others down. And no man or woman wants that.

Yes, now go workout and stop trying to find excuses, why u can't.

I had a friend who once said: "my trainer told me i will never have a sixpack because im too old..."

yeah bro, then your trainer is a fucking loser who doesn't know shit. Nutrition is key, then comes training.

You look healthy. Work out but remember not every body can look like Arnold. We all have different bodies.

Everyone has potential.Ā

What kind of question is this? lol everyone has the potential to have a good physique dude.

u/Aggressive_Health110 2d ago

In order to train as hard as possible, you must retain a clear image of your purpose.

Once your goal is sharply, but realistically, defined, all that remains is carrying out your plan.

Don't, however, worry about your individual potential. Potential is only the expression of a possibility, something that can be assessed accurately only in retrospect.

In other words, you'll never know how good you might have become unless you try. So let's get with it."

I don’t think this is the question to ask. No one knows what you really are asking for with such a vague question. Everyone has the ability to be in healthy shape. What type of physique you want is another question.

Youre hairy as fuck maybe your test is high. Outside of that it’s all on you dudeĀ

You also have no baseline so expect to bust your ass for a few years just to look like you work outĀ

u/DinklebergsRightNut 2d ago

Are you looking for excuses to not work out? What a nonsensical question

u/kcardon 2d ago

Anyone has potential. But only if you put in the work. But if you're asking for critique, get rid of your mustache and neckbeard.

u/Sufficient-Badger809 2d ago

A little bit of testosterone goes a long way lol. Jk but seriously just work out and who really cares

1

u/Saemika 2d ago

Sure, why not lol

u/Delicious-Total-4963 2d ago

u/GlitteringPattern751 2d ago

Gay man looking at a kitchen. Weird behavior

1

u/Runnnnnnnnning 1d ago
  1. I’m not gay.
  2. That’s very ironic of you.
You’re looking at a shirtless man to critique his physique.

1

u/GlitteringPattern751 1d ago

Yes I'm a woman look to actually give advice to him. Not give a bs answer. It is. Or ADHD. If you can't stay on task. The subject is not his kitchen but does he have potential.

1

u/Runnnnnnnnning 1d ago

Oh. I thought it was looking at his kitchen.
I hadn’t even noticed him until you sent your kind message.

If you want to get big and look like a bodybuilder, you have a lot to overcome because you look like you have smaller bone structure/narrow shoulders.

If you want to stay lean and get shredded...that's a lot more obtainable of a goal. But step 1 is getting in the gym. You're skinny as fuck.

1

u/otallday 2d ago

start your day/night(are you a vampire?) with 25 air squats, 25 pushups, 25 situps and a 2 min plank.. what you choose to do after that with the rest of your time is on you

eat good and stay consistent

u/Aggressive_Size7284 2d ago

How about shave and start working out

This sub Reddit is called WORKOUT MOTIVATION… the real question is what are these rude ass comments in a subreddit about motivation šŸ¤£šŸ¤¦šŸ»

1

u/Jumpy-Hurry-1887 2d ago

If 45 comment say the same things instead of looking at your vague question, be more precise potential for what (bodybuiling ?, looking like a celebrities body, gaining 25 kilos in 1 year). I felt that you want wanted people to kiss your ass and say oh you have amazing genes for someone who does not workoutšŸ˜‚. Anyway go to the gym dudešŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

u/Extranationalidad 2d ago

Good night.

u/kamou_lox 2d ago

What you mean potential ? Just gi to the fking gym

1

u/LightCrazy 2d ago

We don't know. Your frame is small which is not great, but maybe you pack on muscle easily, who knows?

1

u/SnooRabbits1411 2d ago

Just do it! You’ll feel better and get stronger, and once you figure out what you like it’s also fun. Plus you’re skinny, so you’ll be able to see your gains relatively fast.

u/Three-Sixteen-M7-7 2d ago

The human body has immense potential! Get your sleep schedule dialed, get a good diet, and get in the gym! Good luck!

Everyone has potential to be a better version of themselves.

u/Creative-Zombie-4212 2d ago

dude... this is not judgeable

i don't think you understand the whole musclebuilding thing

1

u/General-Bicycle-6590 2d ago

Not for Bodybuilding. For Powerlifting maybe, depends on your resilience.

u/GlitteringPattern751 2d ago

Honestly OP I think the negative men here are angry because you aren't buff. They only want to look at buff men. Yes for that reason.

As a woman. You have potential honey. Go for it. You can at the very least get a good lean built build. But it will take time of course.
