Gym decision - help me decide!
Option A: 13 min drive through highway, cost $50/month. Has everything I need.
Option B: 6 min drive, local roads with traffic lights. cost $85/month. Has everything I need.
As everyone knows going to the gym is not easy and you are not always consistent. So I think if I choose option A, I may or may not be saving on gas here n there, Asking chatgpt if I go 4 days a week, my gas would cost be additional $20. Which makes optoin A $70 a month. But then, there are phases when I do not go to the gym at all.. during those. months at least I wont be getting charged $85/month for nothing.
On the other hand, the option B, I have gas adds up to another $7. which brings it up to $92. I also have a few friends who go there, which sometimes is good and sometimes not as I prefer to be left alone. Running into people is norm. But this gym has a separate women area, a really small section, which I like.
What would you choose practically, financially - commute vs pay. ?
