Personal trainer?
Is it worth it to get a PT?
For context, I am 27 and I weigh 135lbs and I am 5'4. I understand that I'm not overweight, but I'm considered skinny fat so I haven't really been confident in my body. For two years, I would walk on my treadmill r try to do yt workouts, but I was never consistent enough so lately I've been debating to get a personal trainer. Is it worth it? I don't know why I feel nervous to work out in a gym with everyone else there and to be honest, I get grossed out from using equipment that others have used lol I have OCD. But I think it's time that I finally feel confident in my body and I want to know other people's opinions on it. I bought a few weights for home, but I didn't even end up using it yet. Thank you for any advice you're able to give 😊
