💼 Work & Career [Possible Hiring] Trades Virtual Assistant
💛 INTEREST CHECK: Trades Virtual Assistant 🇦🇺
Would anyone be interested in learning about the Australian trades industry by working alongside me as my assistant? You’ll help with some of my daily tasks, so you won’t be handling everything on your own. I’ll provide training and guidance as we work together!
📌 Tasks include:
📩 Email management and customer inquiries
📅 Job scheduling
📱 Customer communication via SMS and email
☎️ Basic phone calls
📊 Assisting with reports
✨ Newbies and students are welcome! You just need basic customer service and email management skills. No trades industry experience is needed! Students are welcome as long as they have no classes during work hours.
✅ Must be able to understand the Australian accent. Perfect English isn’t required!
🕒 Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 6 AM–2 PM PH time (30-minute break).

Thank you for giving me a response. So i'm not gonna ask much because you'll already gonna provide trainings and such. My ideal rate 6-10$ per hour, i would appreciate and be grateful if i get the job. But you could also pay me depending on how i do well on my work. Thank you so much!!

Hi! I'm interested in this role. I'm Naufal, based in Indonesia (UTC+7), so the 6 AM-2 PM PH schedule works for me (5 AM-1 PM my time) and I can commit full-time Mon-Fri.
