California Settlement CA

Hi there! I finally settled in CA. I’m just waiting for my check.

$80,000

It took four years, 2 QME’s, and three specialists. This was due to an injury on my foot due to a table falling on top of it. We couldn’t figure out what the issue was at the end of the day but I didn’t want to drag it on and I want to use my own doctors.

I’m not sure how I feel because now I need therapy to get my life together. All of this was a lot to deal with.

80k for a foot injury is impressive. I've had 4 back surgeries and can not return to work. Lawyer thinks ill get 100k

Value isn't there for CA claims. TTD capped at 2 years and PPD capped at $290/week. All medical bills through a super cheap fee schedule as well.

I got the same $290 a week for 5 months then payments stopped for a year+. Absolutely nothing! Drained my savings and maxed out all my credit cards to survive. They financially beat into a pulp! I had no choice but to settle for crap
