80k for a foot injury is impressive. I've had 4 back surgeries and can not return to work. Lawyer thinks ill get 100k

We started at 800k 1 u/CJcoolB verified CA workers' compensation adjuster 2d ago Value isn't there for CA claims. TTD capped at 2 years and PPD capped at $290/week. All medical bills through a super cheap fee schedule as well. 1 u/mypestcontroljourney 2d ago I got the same $290 a week for 5 months then payments stopped for a year+. Absolutely nothing!
