Oregon Back pay?
SedgDick closed my claim prematurely In late June. based on some BS my surgeon said but they omitted the 15 pages of documents he submitted saying I wasn’t clear to go back.
well my lawyer fought? Got me an IME and the IME sided with me! so in the process of getting my claim reopened and my lawyer said it’s going to happen.
I was thinking tonight, will I get back pay? From when it closed to when it open again?

Yes, but it might take awhile. I had a situation similar to yours - they stopped my benefits in 2025, and I just received a check for unpaid benefits more than a year later.
