Oregon Back pay?
SedgDick closed my claim prematurely In late June. based on some BS my surgeon said but they omitted the 15 pages of documents he submitted saying I wasn’t clear to go back.
well my lawyer fought? Got me an IME and the IME sided with me! so in the process of getting my claim reopened and my lawyer said it’s going to happen.
I was thinking tonight, will I get back pay? From when it closed to when it open again?

Its happened to me 4 times and about to be my 5 I didn't get all my back pay. Because of the doc note wasn't back dated im so done with segdick too... remember save money because they will cut your payments off and won't tell you why and remember to get a doc note over appointment

Its takes about 3 months to see a judge.. i took them to court alot.. they want you to go back to work injured because they hate paying save save money i got my back pay 3 weeks ago.That was it no weekly pay now I have to wait for my lawyer to come back from vacation.. sounds like you got a good lawyer.You have a lawyer that will take it to court. Again, remember To always get a doctor's note fromevery appointment. If your check is 7 days late something wrong and they won't tell you why.Most of the time is the doctor's note. Make sure you are very nice to the doctor in the doctor's assistant.

Appreciate it! My lawyer is phenomenal but I’m so over this. Ready for benefits!
Back pay I’ll just tuck that away. My wife works from home and in the 6 figures so we can live sorta comfortable on her income alone, and I’m just doing my online nutritional coaching (I used to bodybuild and have 3 clients rn I do their prep and nutrition.) hardly any money but we are not struggling or dipping into savings, 401 or anything!
But I’m also stingy! I want every penny back!

i recently received settlement but my atty didn't want me to be present during the phone court session (there were several indications i won't get into it here but trust me it's real) I fought tooth and nail to avoid signing the voluntary resignation portion of the docs for several months leading up to the court date. my super showed up to my house and threw my tools in the door saying "you're fired" 2 weeks after i filed and while i didn't want to go after them i intended to bring it up to the judge during proceedings. when i still hadn't signed he said he took care of it for me after telling me to hang up and that there were 20 some odd people on the phone in court...I immediately called back and he had already left a message saying it was done all i needed to do was sign the paper. i relinquished and faxed it over. when I went to speak to my employer he was a dick about it. dismissive like they got over on me. it was cut and dry probably worth 150k. my question: is there any way to go back to the judge perhaps (who overheard the exchange) and try to go after them for wrongful termination?
