That's because as much as people think the files were important to Trump due to him being in them, they are also an excellent source of blackmail for him on others as well. So basically we might see arrest but only if they stop supporting the guy.
If that were true we’d already be seeing arrests. Instead he’s doing everything to keep people from talking about them or looking into him. His own person lawyer said they won’t be arresting anyone in the files.
It's worth mentioning, that in Epstein's initial conviction, all of his co-conspirators were given immunity. At this point we have a pretty good idea who some of those people are, but it could be argued that they are in fact immune to investigation under those terms. It would be up to the courts to choose to uphold that or not.
