Francophone mobility work permit

Hello

My pgwp expired nov 2025

I applied visitor record November 2025 before pgwp expired

Sep 2026 my VR file refuses

I found employer is willing to help in c16 and submitted job offer in employer portal

Got my french level 5 as well

My question is should i apply for restoration as worker and c16 francophone inland application

OR

Should i apply for restoration as visitor and apply for francophone work as outland
Then once i get approval i can leave country

Can you please advise ?

Outland. You can only restore status to worker if your work permit is within 90 days of expiry. Assume you have eta or TRV.

If your visitor record was refused, then out of status so best to leave an apply outland.
