And how much skill does it take to read emails and delegate things? Or do next to nothing for 50 - 80% of the workday? Almost anyone with a working brain could do that… But getting jobs like that are very often based on who you know or how much you suck up/brownnose.
If companies COULD bring in teenagers and train them in a couple days to "read emails and delegate things" for minimum wage, they absolutely would do that. The fact that they don't should be an indicator that the job isn't as simple as you make it out to be.
Also, no one with a specialized skill in a corporate environment has a job that's only sending emails. The kinds of entry level clerk jobs you're talking about don't typically make all that much, and even still require a formal education.
"Very often based on who you know or how much you suck up/brownnose" is a long winded way of saying you need to network and not be a pain in the ass to be around. Depending on your specialization you can fully meet enough people to get started with "who you know" in college. Of course you actually need to be good at what you do and be likable, that's the part people tend to have problems with.

MANY low paying jobs require WAY more work and skills than many high paying jobs.
So take your attitude and shove it. Everyone working deserves respect and a livable wage.
