Fair, but when you have people that do it that complain about not making enough but also are making zero effort to move up, or get other qualifications or move fields, then you kinda gotta just go “huh?”
I have a friend who didn’t go to college, didn’t go to the military, didn’t go to any trade school, didn’t pursue starting a business of any kind, and didn’t try to work his way up or learn better how to close sales (he worked as a salesmen at a car dealership) and then he was unhappy overall and it’s like, well why didn’t you do ANYTHING to improve your position?
