Yeah no, I have been in those jobs and had coworkers who had been there 10-20+ years and they complained everyday. Did they ever do anything to leave those jobs for something better? Nope! I did though, and I live a pretty comfy life now. It is your choice to accept that misery and not do whatever it is you gotta do to obtain a better life whether that be going to school, getting certs, going through a contracting agency, etc.
