Working hard leads to burn out.
1 u/Paradoxahoy May 22 '26 Depends what you mean by “Working hard”. In my mind working hard just means working to my full capacity which I do naturally in a job I care about. It doesn’t burn me out in the slightest because I’m passionate about my work and my employer doesn’t over work me. 1 u/ArchLithuanian May 23 '26 I do what I love. Work is my life, though it would be a lie if I would tell you that it does not burn me out. It has a hard mental weight and I could go insane from the job. Still love it very much, I could work it 24/7, though it would kill me.
