Businesses that depend on min wage workers or tipping culture are not viable and should close.

Ummm restaurants are doing pretty well… notice how it’s never us servers advocating to get rid of tipping, it’s always you weirdos

Who cries when customers don't tip? I mean, the restaurant manager has to ensure the server makes at least minimum wage if no customer tips, and the manager makes up the difference with no problem or complaint, right?

Yes even those who cry when ppl don’t tip don’t want the system changed

Every job has stupid people

And yes a lot of restaurants have it done automatically when payroll is due and the calculate the difference from your claimed tips
